RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope that you will be delighted with your order, but we understand that there are occasions that you may want to return items (or if a parcel arrives damaged or faulty) for a refund*. We will always work hard to put things right for you.
If you find that anything is not up to your expectations and you wish to return a product for exchange, refund or credit note, please notify us by email (or phone) within 7 days of receipt of your order by email sales@osborneandlowe.com

Returned products must reach us within 14 days of the original delivery date.

*In order to qualify for a refund, exchange or credit note, the returned products must be unused, in perfect condition, undamaged and in the original packaging. All fragile items must be securely packaged and we recommend that you use insured registered delivery and keep the Proof of Posting receipt as we cannot be responsible for return parcels that fail to reach us. Please print out and fill in the Returns Form and include this with your return.
Please note that we are not responsible for return postage (packaging and transportation), with the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit.
It can take up to 28 days for a return to be processed once we receive the item.
Refunds will only be given on receipt of the item(s).
Sale or reduced items are ‘Sold as Seen’ and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights.

RETURNING DAMAGED ITEMS

In the rare event that an item arrives to you damaged, please notify us via email, within 7 days, attaching photographs of the damage. Once we receive your photographs we will be happy to offer you free returns on these goods.

Replacements for exchange of damaged goods will only be dispatched once the original item has been received at our warehouse.
Please print and fill out the returns form and include this with your returns package.

REFUNDS

Osborne & Lowe does not offer refunds on the following items:

  • Items returned after 28 days.
  • Delivery Cost, unless the goods arrived damaged.
  • Items without a completed returns form.
  • Damaged items not notified by telephone or email to us within 7 days.
  • Gift Vouchers. (This does not affect your statutory rights)
